We no longer grow our own Beef. We get our full grown beef from a local farm in Ct. They usually dress around the 375-475+ pound range for a half.
We do upon occasion have some Butter Beef that is too large to be considered veal. With a total weight in the 400 pound range.
The Beef or Baby Beef is delivered to a custom or USDA facility. Deposit is required.
We now are offering at the farm, USDA packaged Beef. Currently we have: Ground Beef, Rib Steaks, Porterhouse Steaks, Tenderloins (half or whole), NY Strip, Boneless Rib Eye, plus other cuts. Please call for availability and prices.
